Jamila Benmoussa, M.D., has joined St. Peter’s Diabetes & Endocrine Care, a practice of St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates.
Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Benmoussa practices specialty care in endocrinology.
Her professional interests include treating patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, and obesity as well as disorders of the parathyroid, pituitary, and adrenal glands. She also treats patients with diabetes and thyroid disease in pregnancy.
Dr. Benmoussa received her medical degree from the Hassan II School of Medicine in Casablanca, Morocco. She completed a residency in internal medicine at Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island, NY, and her fellowship in endocrinology at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY.
