St. Peter’s Internal Medicine Welcomes Pamela Reamer
Pamela Reamer, MSN, FNP-BC
Pamela Reamer, MSN, FNP-BC, has joined St. Peter’s Internal Medicine in Latham, New York, a practice of St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates.
A board-certified family nurse practitioner, Reamer practices internal medicine. Her professional interests include educating nurses, and caring for patients with a variety of acute and chronic illnesses while focusing on health promotion and disease prevention.
Previously, Reamer worked as a nurse in a pediatric practice and, for the past 10 years, at an internal medicine practice. For the past 15 years, she also has served as a clinical assistant professor in the nursing program at The College at Brockport, State University of New York.
Reamer received both her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in nursing from The College at Brockport.
