The Eddy, an affiliate of St. Peter’s Health Partners, will once again sponsor the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s on September 22.

Chosen from more than 600 submitted nominations, two SPHP nurses will be named a “Nurse of the Year,” and four SPHP nurses will be honored as Nurse of the Year Finalists, at the 2019 Times Union Salute to Nurses.

In order to help protect its residents from COVID-19, The Eddy’s nursing homes, assisted living communities, and memory care communities — all part of St. Peter’s Health Partners — have adopted a strict limited visitation policy effective immediately. The new rules follow the guidance provided to all of the nation’s nursing homes from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
