News Channel 13: Tasty tour of Spain coming to Capital Region

Colleagues from St. Peter’s Health Partners walked, raced, and paddled for several good causes over the past month, raising money for breast cancer and Alzheimer’s awareness and research.

Results demonstrated that tailored light therapy significantly improved sleep, and reduced depression and agitation in memory loss patients.

Three nursing homes operated by The Eddy — Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center in Troy, Our Lady of Mercy Life Center in Guilderland and St. Peter’s Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Albany — were recognized by the NYS Department of Health’s Nursing Home Quality Initiative as “top-performing facilities.”
