Three nursing homes operated by The Eddy were recognized by the New York State Department of Health’s Nursing Home Quality Initiative as “top-performing facilities.”

Eddy DayBreak will host an open house for its adult day program from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, October 30, at 50 Herrick St., in Rensselaer.
