NewsChannel 13: The Eddy Offers Housing and Care Options for Seniors as They Age

The Glen at Hiland Meadows in Queensbury has announced plans to expand its Independent Living residence, as well as build a Wellness Center, and a separate Memory Care Center on campus.

Eddy Visiting Nurse Association, in collaboration with the friends and family of the Kathy Buffaline Memorial Patient Care Fund, generous donors and staff, raised more than $62,600 to benefit patient care needs.

The Community Hospice Foundation and the Northeast Health Foundation will present the “Swinging on a Star Gala,” an inaugural celebration and fundraiser benefiting The Community Hospice, Eddy Visiting Nurse Association and Palliative Care Partners, Saturday, Apr. 1, 5:30 – 11 p.m., at the Rivers Casino & Resort, Schenectady.
