Times Union: A new school for nursing students

St. Peter’s Health Partners, WNYT-NewsChannel 13 and the Times Union have once again teamed up to “uncover” and honor youth in the Capital Region whose volunteer work touches the lives of our residents and improves the quality of life in this area.

The $105 million, multi-year Troy Master Facilities Plan was featured in the Times Union article, “Ups and downs marked the year’s economic news.”

Jorge Cerda, M.D., chief of the department of medicine at St. Peter’s Hospital, was interviewed by the Times Union about treatment advances in the fight against COVID-19. Dr. Cerda discussed the benefits of proning, as well as medications like dexamethasone and monoclonal antibodies.
