WNYT: NY Law Raising Age to Buy Tobacco, E-Cigs Goes Into Effect

Theresa Zubretsky, community engagement coordinator for Capital District Tobacco-Free Communities, was interviewed by WNYT concerning a new law in New York state that raises the minimum age to buy tobacco and e-cigarettes to 21. The law went into effect November 13.
