WNYT: ‘Walk a Mile in Her Shoes’

NewsChannel 13 aired a story about the 10th annual “Walk a Mile in Her Shoes” in Troy. Held by the Sexual Assault and Crime Victims Assistance Program at Samaritan Hospital, the event is a community walk against rape, sexual assault, and gender violence.

Offered every month by Samaritan Hospital and St. Mary’s Hospital, “Walk With a Doc” is a heart-healthy program featuring a walk with an area cardiologist. The next walk is at 8 a.m. on Saturday, January 13, in Troy.
