Elizabeth Nardacci, FNP-BC, CDE, has joined Capital Region Diabetes and Endocrine Care in Albany, a practice of St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates.
A board-certified family nurse practitioner and certified diabetes educator, Nardacci will practice outpatient diabetes care and management. She is interested in diabetes technology including insulin pump therapy as well as continuous glucose monitoring.
Previously, Nardacci was a nurse practitioner with the endocrinology division of Albany Medical Center in Albany.
She received her post–master’s nurse practitioner certificate from Russell Sage College, in Troy.
