Business Review: New Hospital CEO Named at St. Peter’s

Laura Franckowiak, MS, RN, has joined St. Peter’s Health Partners as director of patient experience. In this newly created role, Franckowiak will be responsible for driving meaningful change in patient experience across SPHP’s vast network.

The Albany Business Review highlighted a live, moderated discussion between Berkshire Hathaway Chairman and CEO Warren Buffett and MLMIC Chairman of the Board and St. Peter’s Health Partners President and CEO James Reed, M.D.
