The Albany Business Review published an article on the resignation of Elmer Streeter as Director of Corporate Communications for St. Peter’s Health Partners. Streeter has been with the organization for 21 years. His last day was February 7. From the article: During a career spanning four decades, Streeter has a played a key role in shaping the public messaging of not just St. Peter’s, but also Albany Medical Center, where he was associate director of public relations for 17 years. He was instrumental in developing new branding as both hospital systems grew and merged with other organizations. And he developed outreach efforts such as Albany Med’s popular Melodies of Christmas program. “I’ve been very, very fortunate to have two really big clients over the last 40 years,” he said Thursday after the Business Review’s “Future of Hospitals” Power Breakfast. “We’re lucky to have great facilities in this town and great health care in the region.” Streeter was honored as CMO of the year in the Business Review’s 2016 Achievers awards.
