Capital Region Diabetes and Endocrine Care, a joint service of St. Peter’s Health Partners and Ellis Medicine, will host its 10th Annual Diabetes Makeover, Saturday, May 9, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., Hilton Garden Inn, 235 Hoosick St., Troy. The event will feature a special appearance by John Anderson – a cyclist and runner, and diabetes ambassador and paid spokesperson for Novo Nordisk – who will discuss how he learned to manage his type 2 diabetes by staying active.
