Julia Palma, a cardiac critical nurse at St. Peter’s Hospital, was one of four people recognized today by the City of Troy and the Troy Turkey Trot organizers for helping save a man’s life at the annual Thanksgiving Day race.

St. Peter’s Health Partners will hold a free educational seminar, titled “Listen to Your Heart,” to share the latest options for diagnosing and treating heart disease.

St. Peter’s Health Partners will host its 19th annual Journey Through The Body© on Friday, March 23, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday, March 24, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at Crossgates Mall.
